Overview

The ACERA Strategic Plan 2023–2027 serves as a foundational roadmap for the organization, defining the priorities and long-term vision necessary to navigate an increasingly complex landscape. Developed through a collaborative and inclusive process involving the Board of Retirement and executive leadership, the plan is built upon four core strategic goals:

  2. Seamlessly Manage Internal and External People Transitions at All Levels
  3. Modernize Pension Administration Technology and Optimize Processes and Operations
  4. Implement Cost-Effective Member Service Improvements and Expanded Communications
