The ACERA Strategic Plan 2023–2027 serves as a foundational
roadmap for the organization, defining the priorities and
long-term vision necessary to navigate an increasingly complex
landscape. Developed through a collaborative and inclusive
process involving the Board of Retirement and executive
leadership, the plan is built upon four core strategic goals:
