What’s New This Year?
Kaiser’s “Ask the Expert” Stretching Station
Starting at 9 am, Kaiser’s table offers one-on-one guidance from movement specialists. Try gentle stretches tailored to your needs and take home a free exercise band. It’s an easy way to loosen up, feel better, and learn simple movements you can do anytime.
Two Senior Centers You’ll Want to Explore
We’re thrilled to welcome the Mastick Senior Center (Alameda) and the Pleasanton Senior Center to the fair for the first time. These vibrant community hubs offer a wide range of activities — and you don’t need to live nearby to join.
- Mastick (Alameda) offers everything from chair yoga, line dancing, and walking groups to ceramics, quilting, tech support, and even billiards and bocce ball.
- Pleasanton features Zumba, calligraphy, woodshop, bridge, watercolor painting, and a welcoming lunch program. You’ll also find classes on memory support, estate planning, and even pickleball.
Whether you’re looking to stay active, meet new people, or try something creative, these centers have something for everyone.
Kaiser Permanente’s Meditation Made Easy Presentation
Kaiser will guide you through a beginner-friendly meditation practice designed to help you quiet your mind, reduce stress, and feel more present. You’ll leave feeling calmer and more centered, with a simple practice you can return to anytime — one that may support better sleep, ease anxiety, and improve overall well-being.
