We are thrilled to welcome MW Taichi & Wellness to this year’s Health Fair—a major highlight featuring world-class instructor Mengjun (Kate) Wang! A former international champion with a Master’s in Sports Medicine, Kate seamlessly blends ancient Tai Chi and Qigong with modern healthcare science to improve balance, flexibility, and gentle strength.
