Visiting ACERA Is By Appointment Only

In order to maintain the health and safety of members and ACERA staff during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, ACERA’s office is open to visitors by appointment only, beginning June 15.

If you are able to complete your business with ACERA via mail, email, phone, or video, we ask that you continue to do so. If you are unable, a very limited number of in-person appointments are available in our office.

Walk-ins will be turned away.

Staff are not available outside of these hours.

Submitting Documents in Person Without an Appointment

While you may request an appointment for submitting forms or documents, you can submit forms and documents in person without an appointment utilizing the drop box in our office elevator lobby on the 10th floor of 475 14th Street in Oakland.

Alternatively, you can submit forms or documents securely by logging in to your ACERA account and selecting Upload Documents.
