ACERA Board Election Ballot Update
Ballots for the ACERA Board Election were mailed on November 12. Most members should have received their ballot by now and can vote online or by mail through 5pm, December 17, 2025. Instructions for online voting are included in the ballot materials you received in the mail.
Due to an address data issue, 354 of the 14,544 eligible members experienced a delay in receiving their ballot. Those ballots were mailed separately on December 5.
To ensure your vote is counted by the deadline, we encourage you to use the online voting option. If you use the mailing option, your mailed-in ballot must be received by MK Election Services by December 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. PST for your vote to be counted.
