ACERA Is Transitioning to Secure Email Messaging

To better protect your personal and financial information, ACERA is transitioning to a more secure way of communicating with members and account holders.

As of September 1, 2025, ACERA will no longer use the info@acera.org email address to receive email messages. Instead, we’re asking all members and other ACERA account holders to email us through the secure Message Center inside our new online portal, MemberDirect.
