2008 Election Announcement

ATTENTION: ACTIVE AND DEFERRED GENERAL MEMBERS OF ACERA

REMINDER TO VOTE!

ALL GENERAL MEMBERS OF THE

ALAMEDA COUNTY EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT ASSOCIATION

Remember to VOTE for your representative to the Board of Retirement.

Before you seal the return envelope, you must sign your name on the outside of the envelope for your vote to be counted. Your signature will be hidden under the privacy tab after you have sealed the envelope.

Your voted ballot must arrive at the Registrar of Voters QIC 20719

by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2008.

Postmarks will NOT determine the date of delivery.

The election for the Third Seat representing the General Membership on the Board of Retirement begins on Wednesday, November 26, 2008.

Active members may return their voted ballot to QIC 20719.

Deferred members may return their voted ballot to the Registrar of Voters at:

Don’t forget to vote! Your voted ballot must be received by the Registrar of Voters no later than Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.
