Investment Products and Services Introductions
Investment Products and Services Introductions (IPSI) ACERA is a diversified public pension plan that is always looking for new and innovative ideas. Our current target allocation includes the following asset classes: domestic equity, international equity, fixed income, real estate* as well as private equity and alternatives. *Due to ACERA’s reduced target allocation of 6% to real estate in March 2008, ACERA’s Investment Staff is not currently reviewing real estate related products. ACERA’s Investment Staff (“Staff”) has designated the fourth Wednesday and Thursday of every month as its IPSI days. We are interested in learning about investment products / services that best match our goals. Each introduction session is approximately 45 minutes. If you’d like to present a product / service to Staff, please follow the instructions below:
Please submit only one IPSI Form for each product / service per email. A representative of our investment department will respond to you by the third Wednesday of the same month or sooner. Due to the high volume of requests, Staff attention will be directed to those investment vendors who follow the described instructions precisely, whose products / services closely coincide with ACERA’s investment objectives and who can best satisfy ACERA’s specific needs. ACERA reserves the right to decline to consider products / services based on Staff judgment, Staff time constraints, product / service relevance, and investment needs. Please refer to ACERA’s website, www. acera.org, for additional investment information. Once submitted to ACERA, IPSI Forms become the property of ACERA and will be subject to the California Public Records Act. Please click here for further information concerning California Public Records Act requests.
