Sponsored Medical Plans

The following is a chart which lists the available ACERA sponsored medical plans and the conditions necessary for enrollment. Please note that if you live outside the service area of an ACERA sponsored Health plan, your health plan options are limited. Contact the health plan service provider to see if their coverage applies. ACERA's dental and vision plans proved nationwide coverage to ACERA members. Contact Delta Dental and Vision Service plan for a complete list of participating dental and eye care professionals in your area (see provider contact information ).
